Refunds / Replacements

Product damaged or lost in transit – no worries, our team will help look after replacement if possible, ASAP
For any other refund / replacement concerns just reach out to our friendly team and we will endeavour to help work with you for a solution that you are happy with!

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs on returning your items. Refunds can be issued less shipping costs once product has been returned to us.
We will however look after any costs relating to damaged in transit / faulty products
